At Kuch Khaas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our metal wall art and decor. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All purchases made through Kuch Khaas are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, as outlined below. Please read our refund and Returns policy.

Exceptions:

Damaged or incorrect Items:

Kuch Khaas is committed to providing a hassle-free replacement process for any damaged or incorrect product deliveries.

In the event of a damaged or incorrect shipment:

KuchKhaas will cover the return shipping charges.
Claims must be filed within 24 hours, and the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.
Custom-made or personalized metal art pieces cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refund & Exchange:

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process/deliver the new product with in standard period of time. We do not offer refund.
Exchange: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Steps for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

Send us a message at: 0336 1234 989 with a clear Picture/Video of the item and a brief description of the issue within 24 hours. Ensure the item is securely repacked with payment receipt in its original packaging.
Ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

We do not offer a return or exchange policy.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for replacement will either be discarded or returned to you at your expense.

Cancellations:

Our team works diligently to process all orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests can only be considered within 24 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order placement.
